WHAT IS TELEPSYCHOLOGY?

Nowadays with raising a family, demands at work and car traffic it can become extremely difficult to fully benefit from attending weekly therapy appointments in person.

Dr. Riggins fully understands this dilemma and offers the most convenient solution through a secure, HIPPA-compliant virtual platform. With the use of teleconferencing, you can meet with Dr. Riggins through your computer, smart phone, and/or tablet in the comfort of your home or office.

*If you are attempting to drive your car during a session, you will have to find a safe and secure place to park before confining the session*

The video sessions are not recorded, and you will be provided with the same link for each subsequent session. During the appointment, Dr. Riggins will discuss your treatment goals and what to expect with video teleconferencing. Dr. Riggins will also ensure you have a plan for emergencies due to the therapist not being located in your same town. If video services are not working for an appointment, Dr. Riggins will contact you via phone to complete the appointment or reschedule.
